Power

As the Nigerian Power Sector is still an emerging market in the global power market, there are great opportunities for private investors and great deal of room for growth in the industry.

BrickWater is strategically positioned to provide ancillary services to the major Independent Power Producers (IPP) utilizing either Gas or other bi-products as source of fuel. The following are some of the services we provide:

Our seasoned team of Engineers and Technicians carry out enquiries to identify each client’s power requirements and thereafter advise on the necessary power solutions.

Our technical team have undertaken several projects including the installation of a 500KVA Cummins generator for Exxon Mobil, the Installation of a 300KVA Cummins generator for C.B.C. Tower and the rewinding of a 350KVA Stamford Alternator. We are also versatile in smaller scale projects. Such projects have included the installation of a 100KVA generator for Solid Crest, the rewinding of a 60KVA alternator for Leroy Somer and the overhauling of 350KVA Perkins generator for C.B.C. Tower. Our technical team is able to maintain and service most generators in the market and we are able to procure spare parts for most engines.

Marine

BrickWater’s interest in the area of Marine services and particularly vessel charter springs up from the fact that the offshore vessel supply market has experienced several years of sustained growth on the strength of high global demand for offshore exploration and development.

BrickWater Marine-Sea Support Services through several affiliations and partnership in the marine sector provides strategic solutions to major oil and gas marketers by:

- Providing logistics support services
- Brokering of vessel for charter
- Leasing of marine equipments

The oil producing companies have modified their selection criteria to include age restrictions on vessels bidding for work in their region, therefore, we take into cognisance when brokering vessel charter transactions that vessels we provide do not only have a majority of the crew from West Africa but we ensure the vessels are not above the specified age restrictions.
BrickWater will in due course take delivery of two (2) off shore supply vessels and one (1) ten thousand metric tonne (10, 000MT) vessel for the transportation of petroleum products and man-power across Nigeria.
As additional added value to services we provide, we are able to negotiate and incorporate marine insurance policy into our cost through Focus Insurance Brokers Ltd (a leading insurance brokerage firm in the oil & gas sector).

Oil & Gas

BrickWater is heavily involved in the downstream trading of petroleum products in Nigeria and Africa as a whole. Through an alliance with an Ivorian refinery, we are able to procure and supply various petroleum products for oil majors in Nigeria, huge manufacturing concerns and also the light scale fuel consumers as well.

BrickWater is currently engaged in talks with several State Governments across the Federation in order to embark on providing support services particularly in the procurement and supply of petroleum products to various Independent Power Plant sites.


BrickWater has entered into a Technical Partnership Agreement with Severn Construction Ltd in order to undertake the construction of Tank Farms of any size, underground dumps and other storage facilities for all sorts of petroleum products according to each client’s requirements.
In addition we have developed in house capacity for the Operation and Maintenance of Tank Farms such as:
1. Radiographic Examinations
2. Vacuum Box Testing
3. Magnetic Particles Inspection

BrickWater Fire and Safety Equipments & Tools: Our team of specialist Health and Safety Experts will undertake a visit to your site to identify the level of fire and safety protections required and advise accordingly.
